Subscriptions
How does the ISHELL subscription work?
We regularly update our subscribers about the latest, trendy iPhone cases designed and manufactured around the world. As a subscriber, you’ll get exclusive early access to new designs and enjoy a 20% discount on every purchase. The only condition — make one purchase (case) within every 60 days to stay active in the subscription plan.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel anytime by logging into your account or contacting [email protected].
When will I be charged for my subscription?
There are no automated payments. You can make your payment manually at checkout whenever you purchase your selected case.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite iPhone cases to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through Genie, which supports major cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments — all processed securely.
Is it safe to shop on ISHELL.lk?
Absolutely. Your payments are encrypted and handled through Genie’s secure payment gateway. ISHELL does not store or access your full payment information.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Deliveries within the Western Province are completed within 2 working days, and outstation deliveries within 3 working days.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link to follow your package in real-time.
Returns & Replacements
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
No worries! Please contact [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Due to hygiene and personalization reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items.
